I deleted you
From my phone today and yet
You’re still on my mind.
You gave me a gift.
A trinket, it meant nothing.
I threw that out too.
You know that one shirt?
From the Grand Canyon? Like yours?
Yeah. It’s also gone.
No more mementos.
Out of sight, out of mind is
My plan for you now.
